Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Got divorced in December of last you. We agreed to sell the house. Suppose to went up for sale in Jan. but haven't she stated she is buying it, but haven't produced any paperwork. I this agreement, I would pay $800 on the house until sold. Since it's not up for sale, do I still have to pay on it?

It is difficult to answer without reviewing the exact terms of the judgment. However, presume you should pay until there is a court order telling you not to. You need to file a motion seeking an order against your former wife.

If the judgment is as simple as you describe, you need to keep paying on the home until it is sold. You will need to go to court to force her to sell the home, either to herself or someone else.
