Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Divorced in IL in 2004. Ordered to pay 2/3 of marital debt (debt which was created by the ex & the reason for the divorce) + 9% annual interest. Lost job & was put in jail for not making pmts. There is arrearage + interest due, totalling about 9K. Recently lost job again & am being threatened with jail. Is there any way to appeal this judgment or what other recourse is there, please?
