Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm divorced. I have a joint legal custody agreement in Kane county Illinois. My ex-wife has physical custody of my 16 year old daughter. Recently my daughter was cited with a code violation for a curfew violation and under age consumption. She was not driving but over the legal driving limit on a breathalyzer test.

I've asked for the details and she will not provide them to me. She had a court date which I could not attend and the matter has been resolved but still I don't know what happened because she will disclose the information to me.

I want to put an end to this non conformance to our joint custody agreement as I'm sure there are other things that I'm not being made aware of. Also, my ex-wife often has her current boyfriend sleeping overnights and all weekend long in the house with my kids on a regular basis and has done so with a number of different men. I don't feel as though this is a good parenting practice. Can I file a motion to the court in order to force her to divulge the outcome of this matter? What would I give in my petition for reason? ie :"Now comes the Defendant Pro Se, and in his petition to" ......

What do I say here?

You can contact the police and the court as a parent to discuss this issues. If you have joint custody, there is a mediation provision in the judgment which requires the parties to mediate before they fie anything Why not demand mediation to raise these issues.
