Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm divorced and pay my ex $2400/month for child support. My 17 year old daughter received a DUI, the court requires her to go to a Rehabilitation class. Am I responsible for paying half of the Rehab class or would that be considered part of child support. My position is that my daughter should pay for some of the cost with my ex picking up the balance. There is no specific language in my divorce decree talking to this issue, however in the decree it does talk to my ex and I splitting all medical fees.

The wording of your divorce decree controls. Refer to it, if there's an ambiguity, odds are the issue will first have to go to mediation before it can be brought before the court.
