Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was divorced in Sept..I am now being taking back to court & her attorney is requesting 5 years of records from me...including everything from check stubs, W-2s ,tax returns, credit card statements , bank ledgers, cancelled checks, etc... My income has not significently changed...I have never heard of this request before ..I have held up my end of the divorce agreement...Can they demand all of this info?

Depends on why they're doing it. Typically a petition is filed concurrent with the request. Talk to a lawyer before you lose your shirt.
