divorced spouse pension benifits

I was married over 10 years and was

claimed in CPS teacher pension 401K.

Now that we are divorced and I'm

disabled; Am I qualified for benefit

payment now ?

Depends on your age, what is wrong, and what your plan says. A CPS teacher should not be in a private sector 401K by the way.

Are you sure this is a 401(k)? It should be a 403(b), maybe something else. Depends on you age now and the type of disability you have.
