Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I got divorced in the state of IL, and my spouse was awarded 35% of my retirement, but about 2 years ago, he got re-married. Should he continue to collect part of my retirement.

yes. His remarriage has nothing to do with being awarded (as property division) a portion of your pension.
