Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I got divorced two years ago, my ex signed a quit claim deed and moved out and I cannot refiance to get her name off as I owe more than the value of the house. The Divorce is final I have joint custody but my son lives with me full time, in the divorce I got the house. Can she legally move back in or walk in.

No, she cannot. You did not say but I assume the quitclaim deed she gave you was recorded. She no longer owns the house, you do.
