Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I have been divorced 2 years now and my ex has not made payments on a motorcycle that I am a co-signer on. Can I take him back to court to honor the divorce degee for him to make payments?

If that obligation is in the divorce decree, yes. The bigger question is whether your credit rating is being screwed by his failure. You may want to check that out beforehand, so you can decide whether you should (if you can) make the payments and/or let the judge really let him have it....
