Divorce,No children,Home Selling
I've been married to my wife for 3yrs;I've recently purchased a home this pass yr;@the time of purchase she was not employed,is there any way possible that i can sell my home or lease my home without her consent?She was not included or sign any of the paper work everything is in my name.Also i've lived in the state of MIssissippi for the pass year and i'm orriganily from illinois,what laws apply,is it mississippi or illinois laws.Also on what grounds can this divorce be granted on;I had to return to the state of illinois for work because there is no work in mississippi, and before we relocated to mississippi we had agreed upon if the facility should close we would relocate back to illinois,so she dicided she would not return,so is that ground for deseration?Iagreed to let her have everything in the home except for a tv,curio with figurines,and a bedroom set;what are my options?Please Help!!!!!!!!!
