divores with child

I would like to see my kids my humband will not let me see them I don't have any money for a divores so how do i go about it

If your husband makes more money (or all the money) in the household, you can ask the court to have him pay for your legal fees. It sounds like there is some issues between you and your husband. It is unlikely that the court will look kindly on one spouse preventing the other from seeing the children.
