Re: need a DNA test
Hello. This should be done through the court
system, in my opinion. If you believe that you
are the father, there is a complaint that you
should file to legally establish that you are the
father of the child. If you do not believe that
you are the father, there is a complaint that you
should file to challenge the existence of a
father and child relationship. This is very
technical. You will need the child and the
child's mother to go with you to a clinic for
a DNA test. If the mother will not come along,
you are out of luck. That is why I suggests
taking the matter to court. The complaint should
be filed at 28 North Clark in Chicago which is
the division where paternity cases are filed. The paternity courts in Chicago are located at
32 W. Randolph on the 14th floor. I will be
happy to answer any additional questions that you
may have. You should not try to represent your-
self. You need to hire a lawyer, in my opinion.
