need a DNA test

wow can i get a dna test did and wear and if not the father and the last name of the father is the child last name can the last name be changed.

Hello. This should be done through the court

system, in my opinion. If you believe that you

are the father, there is a complaint that you

should file to legally establish that you are the

father of the child. If you do not believe that

you are the father, there is a complaint that you

should file to challenge the existence of a

father and child relationship. This is very

technical. You will need the child and the

child's mother to go with you to a clinic for

a DNA test. If the mother will not come along,

you are out of luck. That is why I suggests

taking the matter to court. The complaint should

be filed at 28 North Clark in Chicago which is

the division where paternity cases are filed. The paternity courts in Chicago are located at

32 W. Randolph on the 14th floor. I will be

happy to answer any additional questions that you

may have. You should not try to represent your-

self. You need to hire a lawyer, in my opinion.
