dna testing again

thank you for the answer. Before we found out she was going to have this baby. He stole her car for drugs and took all her money from her account. They wouldn't give a baby to a man like that? plus he is wanted in several states and just got out of prison.. I told her not to let him know but he found out about the baby and now he keeps telling her he is going to court over it. Please tell me they won't let a person like that even have a chance at her baby. thanks--name removed-- ps we don't want anything to do with this man. Do we have to do the test. He is dangerous.......

I cannot tell you with certainty either way but I can tell you that parental rights are a Constitutional right and not taken away lightly.
