dna testing
if my daughter is not married to this jailbird does she have to let him know if the baby she had is his or not by dna test.

It is normally in the best interest of the child to know who the father is. If it is his, you can then block or severely limit visitation. If you try to ignore the father, he will eventually come around when you least want him to and make you go through all this anyway.
