drafting my own prenup
I would like to draft my own prenup, is there any advice you can give me regarding this and will it be legal if notarized? thank you

My advice is to not draft your own prenup. The reason is that since you will likely fail to properly include all the required sections, and have it executed properly, it will be voided when you need it most (divorce). Therefore it is better not to have one and then you will act in all things knowing your status, rather than mistakenly think you are protected.
