Drivers License Unjustly Suspended

After numerous failed attempts to have support modified after loss of job, ex's attorney had my drivers license suspended even though I do pay child support regualrly. Is that legal?

If your far enough in arrears, your license can be suspended. Think about your question for a moment. Would an attorney risk his license to commit a crime and have your drivers license suspended illegally? Of course not.

I do not understand. If you pay child support, is the Court saying you are in arrears?
