dui proble couse

trying to say was a dui, but nt drinking but did not have lic. can thay use the dui as a proble couse in court when he did not blow in the mich.

In Illinois, getting a DUI when you do not have a valid driver's license is a felony. Get a lawyer fast.

Whoever it is that is charged with a DUI and Driving Without a License needs to hire the best defense attorney he or she can afford. The attorney will interview the client, obtain all of the available information from both sides, and then advise the person on his or her rights and options.
