Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Education cost for children when remarried
My fiance is divorced with children. He is partially responsible for paying for college education based on ability to pay. When we marry is my income considered? I'm sure it shouldn't be but I need to know.

No, your income, unless you consent, is not considered.
