Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My (elderly) parents are still legally married, but my father has signed over power of medical and I think power of attorney to my sister. He now lives in a condo by my sister, who has control of his pension. Is there any legal recourse to help protect my mom?

From what. Unless there is a court order saying something, he is free to do with his income as he sees fit.
