engagment rings
My ex broke up with me before we got married, she wont give the ring back, do i have any legal recourse, in this matter?

Likely yes. The general rule on engagement ring cases is the party who chooses not to go ahead with the marriage can't benefit. So if your fiancee broke off the wedding, you can likely get it back.
What you need to think about is how much time/effort/expense you want to spend on this versus the value of the ring. I mean it's probably not worth the $$ to use a lawyer and file a lawsuit for a $1,000 issue.

The ring is still your property and you certainly are entitled to have it back. It sounds like you will have to sue for it. But you will almost certainly win
