Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How does one go about entering a QDRO with the court in Cook County? The parties have both agreed to it, and it was pre-approved by the Plan Administrator. Thanks in advance for your help.

The case has been assigned to a specific judge. You jeed to bring the signed and approved QDRO and a copy of your judgment to that judge and say it is an agreed order and ask the judge to sign the QDRO. Or you have to get it placed on the court's call for a specific date and appear with the QDRO and the judgment.
