Entitlement in a divorce

my husband and I are getting a divorce, and he has a settlement coming from an accident that happened while we were married am I entitled to some of the settlement being that we were married at the time of the accident?

Yes. Absolutely, But be careful not to sign anything prior to having your attorney review it, as I am sure he will want to convince you to give up any claim to that money.
