Exclusive Possesion

I have two homes my soon to be ex-wife was granted exclusive possesion of one. She no longer lives thier and has tunred off all the utilites and is not maintaining the property, she didn't even pay the property taxes. Can I regain exclusive possesion of the home?

Do you still have any ownership interest in the property? If your ex was awarded the home when marital property was divided then you no longer have any more right to the house than I do. If your ex has only been granted the right to live there but ownership is still shared or disputed, then you may consider asking the Court to let you live in the house or rent it.

Yes, but you have to go to court and ask the judge for that.
