File a Motion for Contempt and ask the Judge to issue a Show Cause Order and Set a Show Cause Hearing (an order requiring your ex to appear at a date certain for a court hearing to determine why he should not be held in contempt.) Your original divorce lawyer or any divorce lawyer should know how to do that.

With all due respect to the other commentor to your question, I disagree (and have never heard of a "show cause order"). What you need to do is File a Petition for Rule to Show Cause, set it for a hearing, and thereby bring the matter in front of the judge. The great thing is that if you show the court that the husband's actions were 'willful', the court will likely award you attorney's fees.
