Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My exhusband has not paid child support in years. Each time we go to court, he tells the judge he is changing jobs and he is not making any money. He is a mortgage broker so he does not have any withholdings. We have had continuance after continuance for 3 and 1/2 years now. He never shows up with his income documents and the judge just grants more continuances. I feel certain he is concealing income and has his paychecks made out in his current wife's name so there's no evidence he's getting income. He's supporting another child with his current wife and refuses to support his first born child. We have another hearing (this is the 3rd one) coming up on March 24th and he just told me he is filing bankruptcy. Is there a way he will ever be held accountable for child support and the arreage? Please help.

You need to file motions that compel him to provide the information, subpoena records, and so on. I am assuming you do not have an attorney. If you continue trying to do it yourself, you will continue to have the same results. I don't know anything about plumbing, so I hired a plumber when I needed plumbing work done.
