My ex-husbands pension

Upon our divorce we filed a QDRO to the employer to receive my share of my ex-husbands pension. Now we submitted a court order to vacate the QDRO and my ex will receive the total pension and give me a maintenaince sub every month.The company denied the court order.Is this legal?

Interesting. I would want to see the Court Order to figure out what why it was rejected. Is the new Court Order from a different Court than the one that did the QDRO? How did they deny the order?
