my exhusband, who has custody of our 3 children, has security cameras inside and outside his house. I have seen them. what is the law about cameras inside the house? and he claims he can view and check on the the kids via the cameras from a work computer, how can he do that? wouldnt that be considered broadcasting on the internet?

It's his house and his kids. Assuming his isn't spying on them in the bathroom or in similar activities, I don't see a problem. As for the internet, again assuming that this is part of a private network and not on a public website, I don't see a problem. In fact, if more parents took the trouble to keep track of their kids like this we might have fewer delinquency problems.
