Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my name is still on my ex's car.

2 years ago I split from my girlfriend and I signed the title to our SUV over to her. She has never taken me off of the registration and I know for a fact that she is driving without insurance and I want to know if I could still be liable for any accident she may have. Can I force her to take my name off of the registration or can I confinscate the plates?
