Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

. My ex�s new girlfriends house burnt down over the 4th and now her and her 3 kids are living at his house. That puts 2 adults and 5 kids in a house of 760 square feet. Is there anything that would say I could get Temporary full custody until they fix this?

I also know that there is an investigation going on about how the fire started since they can't find a point of origin. I am not saying he did it, but, from prior experiences I wouldn't be surprised if he was involved.

If they are not your kids, butt out! All you are doing is looking for a way to "get even" with your ex because he's got a new girlfriend. MYOB.
