Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If an exwife ask for college support from the children father and because he has filed a chapter13 is now saying he owes is 30.000 in child support but the state they live in has check all the records says he is not but the lawyer she has has sent frudulent paper to his job and now they are taking money out of his check the state has written them letter after letter sent the money back to his job but they are still sending the money to the exwife what can he do.

The state they live in may not be the same state that the order was entered. Therein lies your problem.
