Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Although my ex-wife has custody of our 15 years old son, he has been living with me for 2 years and she still expects me to pay child support. Is this right?

Until you go to court and get the order of support abated, you are liable for the support. Go to court and get it stopped and get support from her.
