Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex-wife has filed a motion to leave state with her new husband (about 6 hours away from me). She has sole custody and I have standard visitation. The motion was filed to allow child to move from illinois to minnesota. Also, an order to be entered to modify visitation. I have never received any type of modification or a suggestion from her about changing the visitiation. She knows I cannot financially keep up with hiring an attorney. What is my next step to insure I have something worked out for visitation? thx
