If you feel your ex-wife is not complying with the terms of your divorce decree you can present a Petition for Rule to Show Cause before the court. However, you should hire an attorney to handle this matter for you in order to make sure your pleading is drafted properly and that you are properly represented. You should consult with a licensed attorney and show her or him a copy of your Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage and the e mail message your wife sent you refusing to cooperate.

If she is violating the court order, you need to file a Rule to Show Cause. The good news is that if the court believes her actions were willful, it will probably order her to pay your attorneys fees.
