Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is it possible for the ex-wife under a Joint Custody Agreement, who has primary residency, to leave the state with the biological children of the father without his consent?..even if her new husband's job (stepfather) has required him to relocate?

Not without a court order or your consent. If she is threatening, get to an atty immediately before she moves.
