Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex-wife recieved our boat in the divorce. In the signed agreement she had 60 days to either pay the boat off or refinance it. She did neither and moved from illinois to texas where the boat was stolen. the boat was found with a blown engine. She stopped paying for it and let it get repoed and never had ins. on it. i couldent file a police report on the theft and could not insure it. i had no legal right to the boat but now the bank is suing me for the outstanding loan amount. what can i do?
