Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

When my ex-wife takes our child to the doctor, she gives them my address to send all bills to and she refuses to use my insuance member number and gives out my social security number. What can I do to stop this?

File a petition with the court asking for the entry of an order requiring her to do it right. If she doesn't she can be held in contempt.
