I slept with a girl 6/07. She came to me 9/07 saying she was pregnant and that she was married but didn't know where her husband was. I told her not to be offended but I wanted a DNA test. She had no problem with that. I started giving her $ that day. Within 2 weeks I moved in with her. Against my wishes she smoked through the entire pregnancy. 2/08 My daughter was born. She went to Child and Family Services for the DNA and told them I wasn't living with her 10/08. Two weeks later she told me that I had to leave. I am unemployed drawing unemployment. She is working for the school system. I told her that I could watch our child mon.- Fri. and she could have her on the weekend. She refused saying that I couldn't have her more than 14 days a month.(14??) I told her that it would save her $ on gas and sitters. She then told me I couldn't have her at all. She agreed to 4 days one week 3 the next. I only get her for two each week. She has pictures of my daughter on her phone fake drinking an unopened beer. I have no $ and am emotional about all this. There is alot more to this story. I need to be pointed to someone that can help me PLEASE!!! My 1st court date is Dec. 10th in Knox Co. Child and family said I didn't need a lawyer. I DO!!!
