Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and i had been separated (not legally) for 9 months before he needed a place to stay and i allowed him to move into a place i began renting while we were separated. He is not on my lease. Does he have a right to stay though i have asked him to leave.

Yes. Everyone has a right to remain at a residence until they are legally removed/ejected. You need to bring an eviction. Its a pain, but also a learning experience.
