Family law:

I scheduled a trip with my Daughter on her Father's B-day by mistake on my weekend. We are seeing my current husbands family for Chinese New Year in San Francisco. Do vacations and holidays override his B-day or do I have to cancel her trip?

It depends on what your judgment says. Many judgments provide that vacations beat reguar visitation. If it does not, I think your ex trumps your new husband. It is time to attempt to negotiate around the problem with your ex. Give up a weekend or two or a portion of a spring vacation, for example.
