can I be charged interest on maintenance rearage?

can I be jailed for maintenance rearage?

is a notorized statement legal in court or do i need

that persons testimony in court? is there court cases

that will substansiate these questions?

Hello. Yes, there is statutory interest on arrearages of this type of

approximately 9%. You can

be jailed for contempt of court, if you are found to

be delinquent in payment of

maintenance. There is case

law which supports these
