Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Do I have to tell the father of my child when he is born or anything about him? He has refused to be a part of the pregnancy and has offered no money. Can I just move out of state and have this child and never let him know?

You can move out of state as long as there is no case filed by you or the father regarding the child.
