dont a father have a right to keep his children if the mom doesnt want him to ???? and since he is the birth father doesnt have a rite to b with his kids???? isnt it unlawful for a mother to keep their kids away 4m tha father

It is only illegal if there is a court order. Without a court order she is doing nothing wrong legally. Morally is a different question
