father deported to mexico wants custody or at least visits with son. mother us citizen so is son us citizen how does he fight for visitations when mother wont agree to anything

It is highly unlikely that a court will order visitation given that to Mexico with a deported person. What assurance can be shown that the child will be returned? Without such guaranty there will be no out of country visitation.
