I am a father with full custody of my two minor children. Custody was given to me after she failed to provide me with visitation and failed to show up for the custody hearing. After the custody order she disappeared with the two children. Can she be charged with kidnapping?

If you were granted sole legal custody and she told the kids and disappeared, YES. You need an attorney to look at the facts, and make a plan involving the courts and the police
