If a father lived in one stae and moved to a different state and continues to pay child support, can they come after him

I have no idea what you mean by "can they come after him?" Can they seek more support. Yes. Can they claim you have not paid all you owe. Yes. If that is what you mean by can they come after you, then yes they can
