Does a father (non-decider on educational/medical) have the right to enroll the child in pre-school on his custodial days? Spouse claims the school will be held liable if they accept the child

It depends on a number of things: 1) What does the parenting agreement say?; 2) Reason for father's placing child in pre-school on his custodial/visitation days and reason for mother's objection; and 3) quality of school? Generally a non-custodial parent can do whatever he/she wants with child during visitation as long as it is not potentially harmful to child.
