No Fathers Name On Birth Certificate
I had a baby out of kinda a one night stand deal and dont know the fathers name or whereabouts and he never signed the birth certificate of course and now I;ve met someone new and is willing to adopt her how would we go about doing it....because he wants to adopt her and give her his last name

If the father never had anything to do with the child then you can get a Court order saying that he abandoned the child. To go with this, you can set up the adoption paperwork to have this new person become the child's father and also the paperwork to change the child's last name.
