fathers rights if not on birth certificate

Im a 19 year old from Chicago, I desided not to put my daughters father on the birth certificate for personal reasons. I just wanted to know if he has any rights to her at this point? Another question would be, can I get in trouble at this piont for denying him to see her?

If he is the acutal father then yes he has rights. He may not exercise those rights but he still has rights unless a court takes those rights away.
