fathers rights during a restaining order

my current boyfriend would like to see his son. he would like to share custody of him. his name is on the birth certif. but now his ex claims that he is not the father. she refuses to have a paternity test done. he cannot contact her due to a restraining order put on him by her. the babys name is not on the restaining order does je still have a right to see his son. they were not married so she will not go into court. can he request a paternity test? what are his rights at this time.

Yes, he can and he should. He must get into court and petition the court to do so.
